Journeying Through Life, Work, and Unforgettable Bonds: A Tribute to My Influencers, Supporters, and

Today, as I look back on the past 35 years, I find myself immersed in a flood of memories – memories that have shaped my life, enriched me with lessons learned, taken me through exhilarating highs and humbling lows, and, above all, allowed me to forge profound bonds with remarkable individuals. This journey has been nothing short of a cornerstone in my life, a pivotal turning point that transcends the realms of work, defining who I am today.

Let's start by unraveling the tapestry of these 35 years at #hitachienergy and #ABB, dissecting the learnings, the key takeaways, and the stories that deserve to be shared.

At the heart of this journey lies something profoundly satisfying: the relationships I've cultivated. It's more than just professional camaraderie; it's about the friendships that have blossomed from these work relationships, the colleagues who evolved into cherished friends, and the mentors at work who became my trusted confidants.

My journey began in India's Southern region, and it was a formidable challenge, a cultural shift that reshaped my perspective. Thanks to the incredible team that welcomed me, that year in Switzerland for training felt like a breeze. It was the beginning of my adventures in Europe, followed by my first eye-opening visit to the Philippines. This phase of my career allowed me to explore unique and intriguing places across the globe.

A pivotal moment came when I embarked on a journey to develop the Middle East market, covering Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Iraq. This trip wasn't just about business; it was about forming bonds with customers who would later become lifelong friends.

As I moved up the corporate ladder, one thing remained constant - my dedication to connecting with people, both within and beyond the confines of work. Every professional relationship at #hitachienergy and #ABB seamlessly transitioned into a friendship. This speaks volumes about the warm and inclusive culture of the organizations I've had the privilege to work for, where building strong human connections is paramount.

And through it all, my family has been the unwavering bedrock of my journey. I owe immense gratitude to my parents, my wife, my son, my in-laws, and the families of my sisters Daksha and Nina. Your support, love, and understanding have been the integral part of my journey, enabling me to navigate the challenges and celebrate the triumphs. Special mention to the family Sood, Masand, Theodore, Chithambaram, Vora, Kulkarni, Kaul, Rathi without whom this journey and beyond would not be the same.

To all those who've been part of this incredible journey, whether as colleagues, mentors, friends, or family, I'm immensely grateful for the impact you've had on my life, both professionally and personally. Your names may not all be here, but your contributions are etched in my heart.

So, if our paths have crossed during these 35 years, I invite you to drop a comment and say hi. There's much more to share about my #35Years@hitachienergy and #ABB journey, and I'll be doing just that soon.
